The drama of Calla Lilly's can be played out by attaching a little bling to it's stems. This cake was displayed, for the first time at ReEvent on April 13th, and again on April 17th for the Newhouse Shelter Event.
I have a sweet profession and really love the freedom to express through sugar and flour. Started my cake journey as ICED ART in 2003 and still traveling. LOVE MY WORLD, EXPLORE WITH ME!

LIVE CAKE COMPETITION, benefit for NEWHOUSE SHELTER
I would be lying if I said this was all fun. Frankly, it was much more than that. Many hours of work went into creating these pieces and I was honored to be a team member and assistant for BOB BROUGHAM. Icing bandits, Becky and Megan, were also a part of this magnificent feat. Bob is a seasoned and well groomed competitor in these competitions and has been featured on TLC's "Ultimate Cakeoff". Many BOWS TO YOU BOB! Here is our vision of what Kansas Citians respect and love!

TIMELESS BEAUTY
I thought this design evoked timeless beauty for any bride and any era. It seems patterns and designs cycle through and move on but eventually you come across style such as this. I really enjoyed every minute creating this cake for Anna and her family. I am sure it will continue to stir many emotions and feelings.
